A bit about us

Hi, I’m Mabel.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where women in midlife can pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they truly are, so they can move forward with clarity, courage and purpose.

With over 20 years in education, including STEM and Design Thinking consulting, I bring structured, practical frameworks that help women make sense of change and take confident next steps. I’m also a certified Enneagram coach, supporting women to grow in deep self-awareness and aligned living.

Together with my husband we have two teenagers and a wonderfully stubborn miniature schnauzer named Lila. When I can, you’ll find me at a pottery wheel, learning again and again that growth is beautifully imperfect.

Hello, I’m Emma.

I love walking alongside women through the highs and lows of midlife, creating spaces where they can be honest, brave, and fully themselves.

With over 25 years in education focused on Health, Psychology and Wellbeing, I bring deep experience in understanding the emotional and relational shifts women navigate in this season. I’ve facilitated women’s circles in many forms, and I’m deeply committed to helping women step into the fullness of life.

I share life with my husband and our three kids and a colourful collection of pets and find life-giving renewal in the bush or by the sea.
