Our Mission:
WHOLE LIFE COACHING exists to create spaces for people to connect deeply and with joy, especially in tricky seasons when life unravels a bit. We have a particular heart for supporting people in the transition season into the second half of life - often called midlife.
We believe the second half can be the BEST half of life if we approach it with intention and courage.
We are intentionally called “Whole Life” because we’re about slowing down to listen to our whole selves; body, mind, heart and spirit. We also think progress is most profound when we bring our whole selves - warts and all - to the journey. Our coaching approach is client-driven: you are the expert on your own life and we come alongside as thinking partners with effective tools to guide your discovery.
As educators and facilitators experienced in Design Thinking, we use this powerful framework to unlock meaningful outcomes in our clients.

We guide women to slow down and tune in — to the thoughts, emotions and stirrings of the heart and spirit.
Through awareness and spaciousness, we learn to respond rather than react.
We embrace rhythms of rest and renewal that honour the seasons and our true capacity.

We believe that everyone is created with a unique purpose. We are most fulfilled and joyful when we live from our most deeply held values.
Our heart for women is to help them find their inner compass, and empower them to be intentional in living from a place of being, not just doing.

We love to create spaces for women to explore, grow in self awareness and take steps forward from new insights. We cheer and empower women as we come alongside them. We aren’t not the experts on your life - you are.

We collectively create and run groups that focus on building positive experiences of change and growth, where relationships and meaning are at the forefront. We have done this across a diverse range of contexts including wellbeing, education, STEM, community and spiritual work.
We have experience working with clients such as Independent Schools Victoria and the Victorian State Government and not-for-profit organisations using Design Thinking.
The common thread that runs through our work is that we are brilliant at holding space for people to learn, grow, become self-aware and empowered. We support people to lead themselves, so they can lead others in life-giving ways.
